This was my first project in ILM London. Had a lot of fun although I arrived at the beggining of a crunch time.
Like any other Marvel movie stakes were high. My main duty was to handle set extensions on several shots in time reverse sequence. For those I used combination of full rendered images and matte paintings. Our main worklfow was Maya + Arnold and Nuke.
Plate required reconstructed in several shots after re-racks. Set supervisor did in this case amazing job, entire set was very well covered with witness cameras, so grabbing reference images for extensions was a pure joy.
This shot required a lot of dmp interventions on a plate, combined with renders in Maya in order to sell the shot
